Nazareth will be hosting a simple Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) service on Tuesday, April 9th at 12:10pm in the Center for Spirituality Community Room (GAC 151). Through songs,
testimonials and video presentation, we will remember and honor the victims of the Holocaust and reflect on the lessons and implications for today.
The service will be hosted by Cantor Sam Asher and Nazareth Hillel, as well as Nazareth students who participated in THE MARCH: Bearing Witness to Hope, a student leadership program that bring students to Germany and Poland to study the Holocaust and explore issues related to peace and justice, war and violence, tolerance and understanding.
